Terms & Conditions
Last updated: May 17, 2026
1. Agreement
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Release Intelligence software service (the "Service") provided by Release Intelligense ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
Release Intelligence is a multitenant SaaS platform for release tracking, feature flags, QA evidence, integrations, and related workspace collaboration. We may update features, limits, and availability as the product evolves.
3. Accounts and workspaces
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure.
- Workspace owners are responsible for member invitations, roles, and data entered by their team.
- You are responsible for activity under your account and for complying with laws applicable to your use.
4. Subscriptions, billing, and refunds
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis unless stated otherwise at checkout. Prices, plan limits, and billing intervals are shown on our pricing page or checkout flow before you pay.
Payments may be processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd. or its affiliates ("Paddle") as merchant of record. When Paddle processes your payment, Paddle's terms and buyer policies also apply to the transaction. Subscription management, invoices, and tax receipts are provided through the checkout or customer portal made available at purchase.
Unless required by applicable law or stated at checkout, fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started. You may cancel renewal at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period and you retain access until that date. For billing questions, contact jordicuevas@gmail.com.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with other customers.
- Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or malicious content.
- Do not use the Service to send spam or violate third-party platform terms (for example GitHub, Slack, or email providers).
- You retain ownership of your workspace data; you grant us the rights needed to host, back up, and display it to provide the Service.
6. Third-party integrations
The Service may connect to third-party tools you authorize. We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or how they process data. Your use of integrations is subject to those providers' terms.
7. Intellectual property
We own the Service, branding, and underlying software. These Terms do not transfer ownership of our intellectual property to you. Feedback you provide may be used to improve the product without obligation to you.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Release Intelligense will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for claims arising from the Service in any twelve-month period is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid us for the Service in that period or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms or if required for security or legal reasons. Sections that by nature should survive termination (including payment obligations, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will survive.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated where required. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Contact us at jordicuevas@gmail.com. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.
