Refund Policy
Last updated: May 18, 2026
1. Overview
This Refund Policy explains how cancellations, renewals, and refunds work for paid subscriptions to Release Intelligence, operated by Release Intelligense. It supplements our Terms & Conditions. By purchasing a paid plan, you agree to this policy.
2. Payment methods
We accept payment for paid plans through PayPal subscriptions, USDT via Binance Pay, and bank-style transfers through Payoneer (manual verification). Your receipt or account history will show the processor you used (for example PayPal, Binance Pay, or Payoneer). Release Intelligense is the seller of the Service; we are not a card merchant of record through Paddle or similar platforms unless we state otherwise in writing.
3. Billing cycle and renewal
- Paid plans are billed in advance for each subscription period (for example monthly) unless stated at checkout.
- PayPal subscriptions renew automatically through PayPal until you cancel in your PayPal account or our billing settings when available.
- USDT payments via Binance Pay are typically one-time per period; we will describe renewal steps at checkout or by email.
- Payoneer payments are reviewed manually; renewal requires a new payment and approval unless we agree to another arrangement in writing.
- Prices, plan limits, and billing intervals are shown on our pricing page or checkout flow before you pay.
4. Cancellations
You may cancel renewal at any time through PayPal subscription management (for PayPal), by not submitting a new Payoneer payment for the next period, or by contacting us at jordicuevas@gmail.com. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not delete your workspace immediately. You retain access to paid features until the end of the current paid period.
5. Refund eligibility
Unless required by applicable consumer law or explicitly stated at checkout, subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused time in a period when you cancel mid-cycle.
- Duplicate charges caused by a billing error on our side.
- Charges after you successfully cancelled renewal before the renewal date, when our records confirm the error.
- Payoneer payments that we have not yet approved (contact us before activation if you paid in error).
- Other situations where applicable law requires a refund.
Refund requests are reviewed case by case. We may ask for your order email, transaction ID, payment method, and workspace details to investigate.
6. Free trials and plan changes
If we offer a free trial or promotional period, we will describe its length and when billing begins at signup. Downgrading or upgrading plans may take effect immediately or at the next renewal, as shown at checkout or in your account.
7. Chargebacks and disputes
If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us first at jordicuevas@gmail.com so we can resolve it quickly. Unwarranted chargebacks or payment disputes may result in suspension of access while the dispute is investigated.
8. How to request help
For billing questions, refund requests, or payment confirmations, email jordicuevas@gmail.com with the subject line "Billing" and include your account email, order reference, and receipt. We aim to respond within a few business days.
See also our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal data related to billing.
9. Changes
We may update this Refund Policy by posting a revised version on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Material changes apply to future purchases and renewals after the effective date.
