1. Who we are
Release Intelligense ("we," "us") operates Release Intelligence, a SaaS release intelligence platform. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share personal data when you visit our marketing site, create an account, or use the Service.
2. Data we collect
- Account data: name, email address, authentication identifiers, and workspace membership.
- Workspace content: releases, flags, QA notes, screenshots, integrations metadata, and settings you submit.
- Usage data: logs, device/browser information, and product analytics needed to operate and secure the Service.
- Billing data: subscription status and identifiers supplied by our payment provider when you purchase a paid plan.
- Communications: support requests and optional changelog subscription email addresses.
3. How we use data
- Provide, secure, and improve the Service.
- Authenticate users and enforce workspace access controls.
- Process subscriptions and send transactional messages.
- Respond to support requests and comply with legal obligations.
- Send product or marketing email only where you have opted in or applicable law permits.
4. Payment processing
When you buy a paid plan, checkout may be handled by Paddle as merchant of record. Paddle collects payment and tax information needed to complete your purchase. We receive limited billing metadata (such as subscription status and customer identifiers) to provision your workspace. See Paddle's privacy policy for how they process buyer data.
5. Subprocessors and integrations
We use infrastructure and service providers (for example hosting, database, email, and AI APIs) to run the product. If you connect third-party integrations (such as GitHub, Slack, or Jira), data is exchanged only as needed to provide those features and according to your configuration.
6. Retention
We retain account and workspace data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, security, and backup requirements. You may request deletion of your account subject to limitations where we must retain certain records.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object to certain processing or portability. To exercise these rights, contact jordicuevas@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.
8. International transfers
We may process data in the United States and other countries where our providers operate. We use appropriate safeguards where required for cross-border transfers.
9. Security
We implement administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; please use strong passwords and protect your account credentials.
10. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.
11. Changes and contact
We may update this policy by posting a new version on this page. Material changes will be communicated where required. Questions: jordicuevas@gmail.com. See also our Terms & Conditions.
